What to Make When you Need to Find Your Jawline Again
After a Big Trip Where I have Overindulged I Make this Breakfast Soup for a Week
I just got back from 2ish weeks in England and Italy where I ate and drank with abandon. I don’t regret any of it as for me, vacations are for letting loose and trying new foods. But, even with all the walking, by the time I get home my jawline is kind of gone. I am bloated from the travel and my rings are hard to get off. In my normal life, I don’t really eat breakfast or anything until around 11am, but with the jetlag and being up at 5am, I have to eat breakfast this week. This is what I make for my breakfast when I need to pull the reins in. I gained around 4-5 lbs and while some of that is bloat, some is not. Now this is not a diet or anything. It’s a way to get back on track from a period of overindulgence. It’s protein and vegetable heavy and leaves me full until lunch or beyond. While I eat it for breakfast, it can easily be enjoyed at lunch or dinner. But I do notice that when I eat this for breakfast, it puts me on a good track for the rest of the day. When I eat this as my first meal everyday for a week, I find that I am back to where I was pre-trip. It make not be the most beautiful looking soup I have ever made, but I promise it’s delicious.
