I first encountered this amazing elixir at a café in Ketchum, Idaho. I spent $20 for a 32 ounce sized container and immediately thought I can make this for a fraction of the price at home. I studied the ingredient list and went from there. I make my own bone broth every week and that is the base of this broth. I will include the bone broth recipe below so that you have all the ingredients and instruction to make this.
I drink this broth as a tea for when I feel like I need some immunity boost and I also have it for dinner or lunch when I feel like I have come off a period of overindulgence. The coconut milk makes it filling enough for a meal replacement and is so delicious and healthy that I don’t even notice I am not eating another plate of creamy mashed potatoes.
This makes 8-10 cups of broth, this depends on the size of your stock pot.
