Everyone Always Asks for this Recipe
D'Affinois Covered Potatoes
Whenever I serve this to anyone, they ask for the recipe. It’s just one of those dishes that you try once and know that you must have the ability to eat it again. I love it as it’s not terribly complicated and the flavors are out of this world. You could serve this at lunch as the main course with a large green salad. Or it is a wonderful side dish with almost any roast meat. It’s reminds me somewhat of raclette and potatoes are the perfect vehicle for this cheesy goodness. This is a dish best enjoyed in the colder months when the colder weather provides a good excuse for a decadent dish.
