I get inspiration for my cooking and recipes from all areas and this one came from a chap in England called Julius Roberts. He is a wonderful content creator and always seems happy even when cooking from is chilly outdoor shed on a rainy day. This recipe comes from him and I must admit it’s the best chicken dish I have ever made. It’s a big claim for sure but it’s deserved. I have cooked this for my family and for dinner parties and every time it’s met with rave reviews. It feels like something you would pay a lot of money for in a French restaurant and when I say it tastes professional, that is what I mean. It’s also visually stunning and when you put this down in front of a table of hungry guests, people whip their phones out. Don’t be put off by the tarragon. Some people don’t love the anise flavor of the tarragon but when it cooks like this it loses the licorice taste and gives off an almost faintly cinnamon scent. It’s hard to explain but even someone who might not normally enjoy tarragon will love this dish.
