Welcome to all my new Subscribers on here! This is where you will find many but not all of my recipes that I post on my various social media platforms. Here includes the actual recipe with ingredients, amounts and instructions on how to make the dish at home. I have a free version with a recipe that comes out every Friday and I have a paid version where you 2 more recipes weekly, every Tuesday and Thursday. This week I hit the Mother load at my local thrift store and found 6 amazing cookbooks. Cook books to me are always used as inspiration and then I tweak the recipes to my liking and that is also what I encourage you to do with my recipes. They are guidelines for you to either follow to the T or to amend for your tastes and also what you have at hand. This isn’t baking and there is no one right way to do it.

Mimi Thorrison’s book A Kitchen in France was one of her books that I didn’t already have and this chicken dish is taken largely from her book. But I wanted to make a meal of it and these potatoes that roast with the chicken are like flavor bombs in your mouth. I make a LOT of roast chicken and can honestly say that this was one of the most flavorful and enjoyable roast chickens I have ever made. It’s certainly going on my rotation and I hope it goes on yours.
