I love salads and eat then almost every day….but even I get sick of them sometimes. When I want something heavy on the veg but light in general, I make this Asian style cabbage. I serve it over white Japanese sticky rice and it’s the perfect meal for when I am not feeling like meat. An added bonus is that it is on my table in less than 15 minutes start to finish. It doesn’t get any better than that for a weeknight meal.
